Hi! I’m Corrie LoGiudice.
(But you can call me “Corrie Lo”)
If you’re feeling like you’re just trying to keep it all together — balancing the demands of a thriving career with the needs of your family — I want you to know: you’re not alone.
I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to smile on the outside while feeling like you’re barely hanging on inside.
But I also know there’s a way through it. And that’s why I’m here.
My Story
My journey to helping high-achieving women didn’t start with success. It started with survival.
In the office, I was a high-performing Senior Vice President, and 3rd generation in charge of my family’s large, regional, electronics distribution business. At home was another story.
For years, I was trapped in an abusive marriage, enduring emotional and psychological abuse at the hands of my ex-husband, who was also the father of my son. The relationship left me drained, questioning my worth, and struggling to find a way out.
When I finally found the strength to leave, I thought I’d reached the light at the end of the tunnel.
Despite the overwhelming challenges that come with a high-conflict divorce, I continued to make strides in my career, purchased a new home in a great school district after being cleared out by the divorce, and had even started dating again.
But life had another test in store for me. Just as I began rebuilding my life and learning to trust again, I experienced the unimaginable: being the one to discover the sudden suicide of my post-divorce partner.
The shock and grief were overwhelming, leaving me to navigate the aftermath while raising a young child and trying to keep my family’s business afloat.
In those moments, I wasn’t just overwhelmed — I was in pure survival mode, piecing together my life day by day. But it was through this darkest season that I discovered a different kind of strength.
It wasn’t about pushing through or putting on a brave face. It also wasn’t about doing less, as most burnout prevention guru’s want you to believe.
It was about surrendering to the vulnerability, allowing myself to fully feel the pain, and slowly, intentionally rebuilding from the ground up — with clarity, intention, and a commitment to living a life aligned with what truly matters.
The Turning Point
My therapist saw I wasn’t the only one of her patients feeling this way — overwhelmed, exhausted, and questioning if I’d ever find my way back to fulfillment.
Seeing how well I strategically managed my overwhelm and continued showing up as a leader following my divorce, she encouraged me to figure out how I could teach other women how to do the same, and if successful - what a lasting impact it could have.
I realized that so many of the high-performing women I knew, despite their achievements, were struggling with the same unspoken battles. They were leaders, moms, and doers, but they were also quietly drowning under the weight of it all, just like I had been.
That’s when I decided to take everything I’d learned through my own healing and create a roadmap for other women. I didn’t just want to help them survive — I wanted to help them thrive.
Because I believe that you shouldn’t have to choose between a successful career and a fulfilling personal life. You deserve both.
My Approach
I’ve walked the path from overwhelm to clarity, and I’ve created a strategic framework to help you do the same. My approach is rooted in understanding the five key areas that often hold high-achieving women back.
Together, we’ll identify your unique Overwhelm Culprit™️ and use this framework to guide you toward sustainable, life-changing results:
THE OVERWHELM CULPRITS™️
We uncover the root causes of your overwhelm and define a vision for what true balance and success look like for you. It’s about getting crystal clear on your goals, values, and priorities.
We build the mindset and skills you need to lead with conviction. Whether it’s setting boundaries, communicating effectively, or stepping into new roles, we work to eliminate self-doubt and replace it with unshakable confidence.
You don’t have to do this alone. We focus on building a strong support system that understands your unique challenges, whether it’s through coaching, masterminds, or connecting you with like-minded women. A powerful community can be the key to unlocking new levels of growth.
Our personal care behaviors and habits shape our lives. Together, we identify the routines, patterns, and physical and mental conditioning that are no longer serving you. We replace them with intentional, supportive self-care practices that align with the life you want to lead.
Real change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about showing up consistently for yourself, even when it’s hard. We create practical, sustainable strategies that help you maintain progress and build momentum, so you can thrive long-term.
Whether we’re working together one-on-one, through group coaching, a course, workshop, or at a keynote event, my goal is always the same: to help you uncover what’s truly holding you back and empower you to lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
What They’re Saying
Since stepping into this work, I’ve had the honor of speaking at Fortune 500 companies, guiding women’s leadership teams, and coaching hundreds of professional women who were on the verge of burnout.
The feedback I get most often? That my story gave them permission to acknowledge their own struggles and start making real, meaningful changes.
Corrie will pull out the opportunities to identify with your audience and make you believe she is there in the trenches with you.
She is motivating, but keeps it real, likely fueled by all of the hurdles she has successfully overcome in life. Corrie brings realism coupled with inspiration and will leave you feeling energized to tackle whatever is coming at you next.

Do it! It will be an engaging & inspiring experience!
I was looking to bring in a speaker that would easily engage with the audience and provide an inspirational experience that they felt pulled to bring to their personal/professional lives after the event.
Corrie is so relatable and captivating in her presentation and I believe all of my attendees had a positive and engaging experience. Even my oldest attendees (70+) loved hearing Corrie's story of overcoming her situations and thriving in her transformation.
Corrie was absolutely amazing! Her keynote was engaging & inspiring for all attendees.

It's just given me more confidence. I've stayed consistent with the work that I've been doing.
At the start of this program, I just remember talking to Corrie about being fearful about what people are going to think, or what was going to happen, and I just started jumping in more and being like, "Nope. I'm gonna do this. I don't really care. I know I'm good at this."
I have more clarity now, and I'm starting to build a foundation. It's just given me more confidence. I've stayed consistent with the work that I've been doing. I've been bringing excitement to other people which always brings me joy as well.
I'm just so excited for all of those positive things that I've come to my life just from doing this program.

My Mission
I didn’t start this business because I wanted to — I started it because I had to.
After losing my partner to suicide and struggling to balance that trauma alongside a 20 hour a week commute, I made the difficult decision to step down from my 15-year career running my family’s business. I needed to create an inclusive work environment that allowed me the freedom and flexibility to care for my son without compromising on the quality of life we both deserved.
But my mission didn’t truly take shape until years later, after the birth of my daughter. Watching the regression of women’s rights and leadership roles infuriates me, and it’s become my driving force.
I believe that the more fearless, confident women leaders we have, the more we can implement meaningful change from the top down. We have the power to reshape the workplace for our daughters, so they never have to choose between loving their families and leading impactful careers.
I also believe that leadership is gender inclusive. It’s a skill when mastered that benefits everyone. Effective leaders inspire other effective leaders, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, or abilities. All it requires is having fearless, confident leaders as role models, which I’ve committed to myself I would be for my children.
I started this business for my son. I found my mission for my daughter.
That’s why I do this work — to help women and leaders like you step into your power, create the change we need, and build a legacy that lasts beyond us.
