So let’s get started! Here are the top entrepreneur books that I highly recommend:

Top Entrepreneur Books You Should Read:

1. Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action by Simon Sinek

Did you know that the lack of clarity is one of the main reasons why most businesses fail?

If you don’t clearly understand your brand’s purpose, you’ll just end up running around in circles and wasting your time and resources.

And get this: if you, yourself, don’t know why your business exists in the first place, then why would your potential clients care about your business as much as you do?

Thankfully, this book by TEDx speaker and author Simon Sinek walks you through the foundation of the success of most businesses. It breaks down the importance of having a solid purpose behind your company and how doing so can inspire others to take action on your behalf.

2. The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth About Extraordinary Results by Gary Keller

Are you struggling to make progress in any area of your life?

Do you find it challenging to stick to your goals?

Then you might want to check out this book by Gary Keller.

In this book, Keller shares his insights into what he calls “the ONE thing,” which is the crucial ingredient that allows people to achieve extraordinary results in their lives.

Keller says that when we focus our attention on one thing at a time, we free ourselves from the burden of trying to achieve everything at once.

And guess what? When we only focus on one task at a time, we can actually accomplish more than we ever could before.

3. Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elizabeth Gilbert

What is the one entrepreneurial skill you must have to make your business profitable and resilient at the same time?

It’s creativity.

Creativity allows us entrepreneurs to take advantage of opportunities and make the most out of challenges and setbacks.

In this book, Eat, Pray, Love author Elizabeth Gilbert teaches us how to nurture and develop our creativity. She explains that we all possess creative potential but often fail to tap into it because of fear and needless suffering.

It’s also fascinating how this book ties in spirituality with creativity. Elizabeth believes that there’s a reason why an idea comes to us – almost like a gift from the universe. And she encourages us to be open to receiving those gifts and act upon them. Because if we won’t, then someone else may come up with similar ideas and take action on them first.

And if you’re still working for somebody else but planning on starting your own business someday, then this book is also perfect for you. It gives you some tangible strategies and tactics so you can navigate the transition phase between being employed and becoming your own boss.

Above all, you’ll be delighted to find in this book some practical ideas that you can start implementing right away, so you can begin living the life you’ve always wanted.

4. The E-Myth Enterprise by Michael E. Gerber

Do you know the number one reason small business owners feel overworked, stressed, and unproductive? They think they need to work harder than everyone else to succeed.

But the truth is, they should be working smarter instead.

This book reminds us that we don’t have to do everything ourselves when it comes to business. If we hire employees who are better suited to handle specific tasks, we will save valuable time and energy. And as a result, we can spend more time focusing on other essential aspects of the business to help it grow and scale.

Another thing that I love about this book is that it shares a ton of valuable strategies and resources to help you visualize what your business is ultimately going to be. It allows you to strategize on several vital aspects of your business, including how you can onboard new team members who could help support your company’s vision.

Lastly, I love this book because it’s easy to read and digest. So, if you’re looking for a quick read that will give you some great ideas on how to make your business run smoother, then this is the book for you!

5. Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown

If you’ve been following me for quite some time, then you probably learned by now that doing more doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re making progress. In fact, it could be the exact opposite. We tend to get stuck in busy mode and end up accomplishing less than we’d hoped.

And I know this very well because I felt overwhelmed, overworked, and stressed at one point in my life. But after reading this book, I was able to identify the root cause of these feelings, which led me to finally learn how to break out of the vicious cycle of busyness.

Essentialism helps us understand that we live in a world where things happen fast. And we often forget to slow down and focus on the things that matter most. This is why we end up getting caught up in the “busy” part of our lives without even realizing it.

In this book, Greg McKeown teaches us how to become more intentional with our actions to accomplish more while spending less time and effort. He offers simple yet powerful tips and tools that allow us to take control of our day-to-day activities and make them meaningful.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to simplify their daily routine and achieve real results.
